worth the money
I looked at several belts and support products online. This particular belt looked like it would do what I needed it to do, and it did. Firm support. Reduced the pain and discomfort. Not observable under clothing. Not too restrictive. Reasonably easy to put on. Adjustable. I have a 46 inch waist and the large fit just fine. It would probably fit a 48 inch waist, maybe even a bit larger. A well-made belt. It made access a little tricky when I had to go to the water closet, but I thought of that as an acceptable trade-off for the benefits. I wore mine pretty much all the time, except for sleeping, until I had my hernia repaired. Very satisfactory product. Now, if only I could have read a decent review on hernia surgery....

Excellent results. Very good.
Fits well and I alternate it with a hernia belt of similar construction. Only has a waist adjustment, but it fits very well and comfortable. Also hides under clothing, not noticeable at all. Also calms overactive bladder problems.

I do not like it.
It is very uncomfortable and bulky and I just can't wear it. Guess I wasted my money. I would not recomment it to anyone.

well, it was worth a shot
This support belt just didn't work for me in the end. My hernia has really progressed and this belt doesn't have the lift from down under that I need. For early stage hernia, this product will provide some relief. The difference being where and how bad the protrusion is. It did what it was designed to do, and provided some relief, it just wasn't exactly what I needed.

leg straps way too long
my waist and hip size are both 36" so I ordered the medium size.Box has size Medium on the barcode. Legs straps are about 10" too long.Gonna try attaching some velcro strips (from Lowes or hardware store) and cutting off excess since its not returnable.Sizing seems to be way off for the smaller side of the product.
