The media could not be loaded.  Absolutely love this laptop. I am a little surprised at how great it is! But it works really well. Fast, lightweight and huge screen. I’ve only had it for a day but if I have any issues, I will update my review

My granddaughter received this item as a gift only (2) months ago.. however; this product has become a problem, the screen do not come on.. she unable to see the screen to use for her school.. we need help on rerunning this merchandise.

my husband bought this laptop because we have had great success with Dell computers. This one met his criteria and was very inexpensive. It is very fast and works well so far.

This one I sent to a friend overseas. It arrived a day early can my friend made it difficult to deliver but they still got the job done in Hong Kong. She opened the thing up the other day got it fired up as it should. She's new with computers and so she still learning but from what I can tell everything is fantastic and it seems to be ridiculously fast. The specs are very good for the money yeah and it looks pretty well-built. And again for them to be able to ship something like that overseas flawlessly I must say Well done Amazon

Poorly constructed, thin plastic used. After only 5 weeks the plastic tore apart from the bottom of the screen. Cheaply constructed and this surprised me considering Dell laptops came highly recommended. I returned it for a refund. I wish they would go back to making computers in Japan instead of China who is so greedy.

It is just ok and although I know it is not an expensive laptop I didnt expect it to be so basic. It is verrrry slow...from the word go! Just delivered and I operationalize it and everything takes forever to open! Mind you, I dont even have anything saved on it as yet...no document, no photos, nada and it is a pain to even browse or open anything without waiting for longer than necessary. I also dont understand why it is that when I press the "@" button, the " sign comes up and vice versa. This is unacceptable as it makes it more difficult to do what I need to do without getting my symbols mixed up!
