Why did you pick this product vs others?:I’ve never met a dog who turned this treat down. For my weiner dog, it works amazing on his front teeth but not his back. Still, it’s better than nothing and helps with half his teeth while I find a way to tackle the other half.

I do my best to maintain mouth health for my 2 elderly dachshunds. BUT they hate tooth brushing, AND it is hard to get a finger into their long, narrow muzzles. They are mini minis-one of them is only about 6 lbs...and feisty... I have tried lots of solutions including specially sized tooth brushes and other brands of chews. I think this product is the winner. They each get one treat which looks like a super-sized cheese puff,(except it's green,) after dinner. In just under 2 weeks, their breath is dramatically better. My older girl, 14, has had really bad breath, even after professional cleanings, and now I can go nose to nose with her, and tolerate her kisses without running to wash my face. I started with two a day, after breakfast and dinner. I scaled back because the packages are small and a little pricey, but if I must, I'll go back to two treats per day for their benefit. As long as their vet tells me they are in good dental condition, I will continue this treat routine.

Mine didn't arrive crushed like others have. They look like little green puffs and are crunchy, making it easy for my older dog to chew. My biggest gripe is that they are made too big for my Shih Tzu to eat a whole one. I have to break it into pieces which causes a big, crumbly mess. I also have 2 other small dogs and they also needed it to be broken. It would nice if they made some half the size for smaller dogs. I doubt the dachshund on the package would be able to put a whole one in its mouth.

The product is great my dog loves him. Her breath is better and I truly think it’s cleaning her teeth but they ship it in a bubble envelope so the product is smashed and crumbled into small pieces when it arrives I complained and they sent me a new one but again it was in a bubble wrap envelope so it was crushed. The purpose is for the dog to chew the puffed piece, cleansing their teeth, kinda hard to do when you have smooshed dust and small pieces. Not sure what to do next. Not ordering again until I can get them to use a box

Our older dogs enjoy these and they crumble which helps prevent them from taking too big of a bite from solid dental bites and possibly choking. ARK has many excellent products that we purchase.

This has beef in it. Well gelatin which is beef and it doesnt state it has that in it. Gelatin cam be pork beef or fish derived but theirs is beef no me mntion of beef. I now have a $700 vet bill for a very itchy dog who tore off half his skin in his face from being itchy. If gove it -100 stars but i can't.

Good for dogs

I purchased these to try on my 8 year old mini schnauzer. I have purchased the Greenies brand from the grocery store with no major notice of cleaning. For years. I couldn’t believe my eyes, but the VERY FIRST time I gave her one of these it knocked the largest piece of plaque of one of her incisors! AMAZING product! And, she has a GI issue that she eats special dogfood for and this didn’t upset her system. So happy my sister in law turned me on to this brand. I’ve used both the eye cleaner and the ear cleaner with very pleasant results also. Very thankful! Satisfied customers!
