Well, in short, it sucks. I don’t know if it is because of Noregon, or just the deal we signed up for, but this system doesn’t work well with smaller commercial vehicles. If I need to update my apps ie; IDS, FDRS, Cummins, etc., I have to call Noregon support because we do not have admin rights. Nexiq was much better and I could update at will.I deal with Ford products a lot, and I don’t bother running JPro apps because I will need to run the IDS app anyway. Good luck if you buy this. I wouldn’t recommend them.

Great diagnostic tool, easy to use & install.

I didnt buy this one . The shop I work for bought one . Great tool for persons not real tech savvy. Simple to use but does lack in trouble shooting tree . Absolutely zero trouble shooting on Allison transmissions . The interface module connection for the USB cable is compleat junk . Have had to replace the module several times due to the separating pin being plastic and breaking off because the ECM lead is just long enough that it won't lay on the floor and lands directly on the USB cable connection . JPro support won't do anything about it or help you out any except for ordering a new one at your expense ( over $800).
