Does the job. Powers an iPod dock.
I have got an old 30 pin iPod dock cradle I wanted to use in my campervan but didn’t want to use the ac plug as I am using 12v dc in it.The dock is low power and 5v so a usb cable was ideal for this. Worked first time so the ac adapter is no longer needed. I would buy this again.

Perfect for lost lovense cable
Our Domi 2 cable went walkabout and getting a replacement directly would have been a tenner, but this is a perfect replacement and a fraction of the cost

Oh dear…
One end does indeed terminate with a USB type A connector as advertised, and the other with with a barrel jack, but it’s of the 5.5mm x 2.1mm variety! It even says 4.0mm x 1.7mm on the label which was affixed to the bag it arrived in! I have attached two images to this review, one of which showing the proper connector next to the one I received.
