Update: the only issue I have had is the color ports got clogedbut a throw cleaning and it works great, over all I love this printer I plan on buying another for my cricket business and trying sublimation printing, how ever It does everything I need in my office and then some, I wish I had the paper tray, that hold paper under it but I'm glad I bought it my kids love the coloring pages it produces it has great print clarity

Within a month I got a scanner error that could not be fixed. Printer is useless. I’m trying to return.

I have printer head problems. Bought in Sept 2022 and May 2023 with issues. Company will not respond to emails!!!! Amazon why would use this company! I spent $500 on a piece of junk

I only use the ET-4800 for printing and a very occasional copy. It was not a good buy. Although the print reservoirs were a good idea, my print volume is low enough that the print heads almost invariably need cleaning when I use the printer. Multi-page two-sided printing is a fiasco. Right now, it’s printing every fourth page! How did THAT happen? The paper feed manages to fold almost every top corner, resulting in smudged originals. Forget any help from the user’s manual. And it refuses to accept the normal print command from my MS Word, although it will print using the Quick Print function.

The scanner will only scan 2-3 pages before becoming stuck...if it even will scan at all.I do love the ink tanks and have saved with that, but I have to scan documents daily, and this just does not work.

This is the worst printer I have ever owner and I splurged for the $499 price tag. It has jammed almost every print and is made of very thin cheap plastic. DO NOT BUY especially from this vender. It is $200 cheaper at Target and Walmart.

About the only thing I like about this printer is the fact that I bought it a couple of years ago and still have not had to buy ink. However, if you want to scan multiple pages, it barely gets past the first page before jamming - no matter what you do, or how clear the paper path is or how many times you try. It’s really bad. It has a tiny, tiny Touchscreen and it has a flimsy feeling cheapie build. I’m disappointed with it overall. Not good for photo printing but I don’t do a lot of that anyway. Just a very unimpressive printer all the way around. Yourself some frustration and get a better one.
