Horrible product for professional stylists
Horrible product for professional stylists, plates do not touch all the way, making you have to push extra hard and can strain your hands. Gets decently hot but not a good tool for curling as well. Not good for keratins or African American hair or any kind of ethnic hair for that matter.

Buyer Beware!
I received this product and I don't believe it is authentic! Izutech is made in Korea but this product says it is made in China. Also the plates do not lay flat once they are closed. The tip of the plates close together while the rest stays separate unless held together really tight. I didn't even attempt to use it instead I decided to just return it and order it from the Izutech website.
