OMG! Best customer service EVER!!!! I bought this set for my 4 year old grandson and he really liked putting it together and spent hours creating different configurations with the set. This set came with tiny "traffic sign" decals that my grandson had set aside to put on after he decided how he wanted the track set up. I mistakenly threw the decals away, much to my grandson's disappointment. Any grandparent who has gone on a guilt trip caused by a 4 year grandchild understands how badly I felt about disappointing my grandson. I emailed the company to see if I could get another set of decals. I truly didn't expect to have success because the decals are such a tiny part of the set. Someone from the company responded to my email within 24 hours, asking for clarification of what I wanted and offered assurance that they would do their best to help me. I still didn't expect to get another set of decals and resigned myself to getting "the look" from my grandson each time he played with the set and wondered aloud what the blank "sign posts" would have said had his grandmom not tossed the decals in the garbage. But I won't have to feel guilty any more because a package arrived today containing decals and additional bridge supports for the track. I couldn't believe it and am so darned impressed with this company that I cannot recommend them highly enough. The Speedway Wonder set was much appreciated my grandson, but I am MUCH more appreciative of the company's customer service. Good customer service is a rare find and I hope more people will buy this item because that kind of service should be rewarded.

Looks much sturdier in the photo but looks cheaply made when I got it. Haven’t let my grandson use it yet until I know he will be more gentle with it. He’s only three and I know if I give it to him now it would be destroyed in 3 seconds..

I bought 4 of these sets so my grandkids would have plenty of track and cars to create a really fun and high track. They absolutely love it. One car comes with each kit and unfortunately we now have 1 red and 3 blue. However, I was able to add our own stickers to the blue ones to be able to customize the look. Wish the boxes were marked with the color of the car included so the seller could have sent me one of each color, but not a deal breaker. Overall I highly recommend this item and for the price, I would hope that you would buy at least 2 sets as the instructions show pics of track layout using at least 2 sets. You don't want to disappoint the kiddies.

My grandsons, ages 6 and 8, love this track! They play with it every time they come over. The tracks are easy to put together to make different configurations and they stay together. My initial reaction when opening the box was that it was too lightweight and cheaply made to hold up, but don't be fooled by that. The tracks are very sturdy, even where they connect. My only issue has been with the cars. I ordered two sets so both boys would have a car. They each take one AA battery and both started losing power fairly quickly - to the point that one couldn't climb the little hills/ramps that come with the set. I put in new batteries, assuming that was the problem. That didn't help one of the cars; it still runs, but slowly and has something wrong with the gears apparently. Perhaps the boys didn't treat them with as much care as they should have. Nevertheless, the boys enjoy them so much I ordered a third set because to buy just an extra car was almost as expensive as buying another track.

bought 3 sets of these. My 8 year old thinks that this is the best toy that he ever had. He was able to put things together himself. The cars go pretty fast (to scale) and the entire system is durable.He forgot that it was on, went to Karate and came back 3 hours later. The car was still making the rounds (we figured that it went around 900 times) at 11 seconds per trip.With the 3 set up configured as "Amusement Park" it takes about 16 seconds to do an entire circuit!

This product is cheaply made and both the track and car broke when I tried to put it together! Complete waste of money! Ordered this in October for Christmas and decided to set up the track to surprise my grandson. I was the one surprised by it literally falling apart in my hands! Do not waste your 16.99!! Have been unable to reach anyone to get my money back.

I purchased 2 sets of Speedway Wonder. My 4 grandchildren, ages 3-5, were immediately able to build any track they chose by viewing the colorful illustrations. Many hours of fun followed. Unfortunately, one of the cars struggled to climb up the ramps. I emailed BP Innovations and received a response within an hour! They suggested a few possible remedies and when they did not improve the situation they immediately sent out a replacement car. Outstanding customer service! Planning on purchasing one more set so that the kiddos can build all possible variations of track.

I read the reviews and most people thought this was a really great creative item. And it is. There are lots of track pieces in softer plastic so are unbelievably flexible and therefore almost unbreakable. My 11 year old grandson enjoyed making different track configurations and my 3 yr old grandson loved watching the car go round and round. However, after about 2 hours of play we noticed the car was hardly able to climb the incline to the bridge level. So we changed the battery.... three times!!! But the car for some reason just has lost power and is virtually unusable.... we arent sure why, but it isn't a battery issue.I realize you get what you pay for, but now we have great track and no car...therefore total waste of money.
