We used this to clean our toilet tanks, which get crusty due to hard water. It works well for that task. The powder is easier to manage (e.g. strength) than a pre-mixed fluid like vinegar. The citric account acid is mixed with warm water and poured in an empty (inlet water turned off) toilet tank. Flush after a half hour or so and the crusty deposits are gone.Others may use this for cooking.

Use this with my Frankfort arsenal tumbler with dawn dishsoap. Brass looks like new. This will last me a lifetime
