Too bad I received a used one! Replacement was PERFECT!!
Ordered 3 Spinners! Spinners were fantastic except for one! Received 2 Spinners completely sealed in their plastic container and their carrying case. 3rd Spinner must have been a used one, no plastic container and the gold bearing covers were unscrewed and dumped in the carrying case. Of course the use Spinner spun with a wobble and was not as quiet as the other 2, hence my 3 star rating.Edit 6/15/17Organic Essences deserve 5 star for a great product and even more so for superb customer service. After my first review of 6/11/17, I was immediately contacted by Amy of Organic Essences to rectify the issue I had with one of the Spinners I had received. Organic Essences took responsibility for the issue I had with the Spinner and offered me a refund or a new replacement Spinner. The other 2 Spinners were great so I decided on the replacement. I received the new replacement Spinner 2 days after requesting it(fantastic service) and my son was super excited.... it worked like a charm.Amy even followed up to make sure I had received the replacement and that I was happy with it. Beyond the replacement, it was a breath of fresh air to see a company take responsibility, stands by its product and most importantly cared about its customer's satisfaction.

Beautiful metal spinner with case
In addition to being simply lovely to look at, with smooth lines and a rainbow of colors, this spinner has really nice weight & balance. It is also super quiet & just feels good in my hand. So far, it has only gone for 3 minutes max, but I'm hoping the more I use it, the more it will loosen up and then I'll get longer spin times as advertised. The nice zipper case & micro screwdriver that came with it are an added bonus.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed. Most spins are 2 and a halfish min, and that's with a really good power spin on a table. I have 3 dollar plastic spinners that out spin it. Nice looking but that's about it.

Solid, great-looking, but not as long spinning as advertised
It's a solid, beautifully made spinner; however, I can't give it five stars because it is advertised has having an exceptionally long spin time (over 5 minutes), but we haven't been able to get it to spin any longer than two minutes.

Hands Down, Best Fidget Spinner
My favorite fidget spinner hands down. I have purchased or had the opportunity to try out a multitude of fidget spinners and can say that this is by far my favorite.Pros:-The color, this color is absolutely beautiful in person, the rainbow effect is amazing and really makes it stand out in a crowd-The bearings, these R118 ceramic hybrid bearing are by far the smoothest and longest lasting I've ever tried. (PS: Use the spinner for a few hours before attempting to time it as ceramic bearings have a break in time), Also, these bearings are replaceable, meaning if they ever go out simply purchase replacements and pop them in.Cons:-The glassy coating on the outside makes it a fingerprint magnet (which is a very little con)-I believe the button is completely brass or brass coated if it is you will need to clean it every now and then for the best shineOverall, this is the best I've tested or tried and would highly recommend it to anyone. Yes, the price seems a little much but when you take into account that plastic breaks and won't last as long or be as smooth, it highly outweighs buying one for a long time than buying multiple because you break them.
