The material is sturdy; the backpack has many pockets - all with zipper type closures; it's a very rugged and hopefully will withstand a whole school. You can spend 20 dollars multiple times over the year replacing the cheaper ones every time one fails - or just invest in a good quality product - and save money in the long run. At least that's what i'm hoping. I am going to order another one for my other kid.

I purchased this backpack about a year ago to carry my books around at college. With less than two months left in the school year, one of the magnets on the straps fell off. I didn’t realize there was a 6 month warranty on these backpacks at the time. I just got around to contacting the company and they said they would still send me a replacement backpack so I could carry it again this upcoming school year. Greatly appreciate this as I really enjoyed using the backpack!

I needed a bag I can adjust for travel, so I ordered this one. It is nice and served it's purpose, however one of the inside pockets ripped in less than one month.

Bought as a gift and she loved it

The 3rd day of using it there was a tear in the stitching at the bottom of the backpack. Not very aerodynamic or comfortable. My 15 inch work laptop barely fits in the computer compartment. Plus it just looks like a cheaply made backpack. I will say that I like the smaller pockets found all over. This is a product not made to last a long duration of time. I am very disappointed with the quality and comfort of this backpack.

Arrived before estimated due date. Perfect for the size laptop that I carry.
