While pregnant I’ve experienced a lot of lower back pain. Usually I will use a heating pad to help with the pain when I’m at home, but my back would also hurt while I was at work and nothing I did helped. Did some looking around and found these so I gave them a shot and oh my goodness they helped out so much. They don’t get too hot so you don’t have to worry about it being too hot for the baby. The heat they put off was just right. They stayed in place through my full 8 hour shift.

love these things! And they are very affordable. Sometimes at night I have such pain in my lower back from post C-section that it's hard for me to get comfortable. The heating pad doesn't work because you have to shift around while you sleep and you can't really wake up and move it around but this thermacare stay in place. I get the extra large and I can wear it like a belt around my back, hips and sleep comfortably and it works the entire night! I love these instant heat patches. No Menthol, no smell. The second you open up it activates it and it starts getting hot and you just stick it on your back or wherever you need it. There's a sticking on each side and it literally stays on you. It does not come off. And it is good for 12 hours and it is such A relief especially when you're Post c section back pain. I used every time when my back feels stiff and tense before I start my period. I wish this was much affordable other than this is excellent product. It’s compact and easy for traveling. Quality is excellent. Highly recommended !

I love these heat wraps for my sore lower back after I have been working out on the rowing machine or doing too much lifting. The Velcro closure is quite secure, and the heat lasts for hours. In fact, I usually take mine off and store it in a Ziploc bag, pulling it out for a second and sometimes a third use. They go quite well under my clothes and double as a personal heating system on really cold days in the winter when I’m watching my kids at sporting events.

Total error on my part not reading the description enough, but these are actually "wraps" that go around the waist and fasten over the stomach as opposed to the sticky lidocaine back patches. These are like the portable hand and feet warmers that activate when shaken and provide heat. I tried them and they do heat up so it's nice having that when on the go versus a heating pad, but I prefer the lidocaine patches. I am a bit "thick" so the bands are tight. Again - that's on me, not the product. These may work great for some, just not what I need.

Excellent. They stay warm all day, easy to adjust for waist size. I buy the L/XL even though I am a woman who wears size 12. Although they are plenty large, I found the small to be too tight.

Great item. Good quality. It’s amazing how long the heat lasts. Wore over 9+ hours and still warm when I took off. Warm enough I didn’t throw in trash after so many hours just in case of fire lol. I’m paranoid haha. Love it.

These are great for my lower back pain. They are comfortable to wear and the warm sensation feels good for hours.Recommend highly!

Product as expected, arrived promptly, good value, and I especially appreciate that the expiration date was a long long ways off (about 2 years)
