I love these knives! They are weighted perfectly, even for my arthritic hands. They maintain their sharpness for a long time, and are easily sharpened. I even throw them in the dishwasher to clean them! My only complaint is that after using the heck out of them for four years, the back of the handle is starting to deteriorate. The knife itself is still usable, just the handle is coming out in small pieces, so the hilt is beginning to rust. But that's probably because I abuse them by running them through the dishwasher. I ordered more!

What's not to love? Good German steel, very sharp, good design and balance and at a good price. I like the steel bolster with fingerguard. At 4" plus it is a bit bigger then what I wanted, prefer 3" to 3.5" blades on my paring knives. Still, I can deal with it for a knife of this quality for everyday use.

This is a really good knife. Sharp and great ergonomics. I bought one for our beach condo that we sometimes short term rent, so I didn’t want something expensive. I was so impressed that I bought one for home where we do have really good knives. Never mind that it’s not very expensive, it’s a really functional knife at any price.

This is fine. It's longer than my old paring knife which I'm still deciding whether or not I enjoy.

Love these for modest duty, they sharpen well and hold edge a good while. The price is right. I gave out some for Christmas presents to the ladies and men who do the cooking and all liked them.
