These magnets are indeed very strong. You can sit one on the top of your hand and stick another to your palm. It sticks, and you can feel the pull. I got these to replace the random magnets we’ve accumulated on our fridge—just to clean things up and have some nice ones that won’t slide down.

These magnets are very powerful. Almost wouldn't me seperate them. LOL. Used one of them to secure a little picture one of my grandchildren gave me that wouldn't stay on the fridge. Very useful if you need something to definitely stay securely put.

The college dorm bed has a metal structure so my kid uses the magnets to hang everything and hold everything onto the bed, towel, caps, backpack. Great tool

Terrible for white board use. All (5) together couldn't hold (4) sheets of paper on an AmazonBasics white board. Where as the (2) magnets included with the board can.
