Horrible Item…
Item was horrible!! They absolutely do not glow whether night or day. Waste of money tbh, and like other customers I agree with the outer part of it comes off as well it goes right back on to the blue part but they don’t glow.. don’t waste your money

They Do Not Glow As Described
They look as described however they do not glow as described. No matter how much sun or light they get, they do not glow bright or for very long. Also, I ordered pink, they do not glow pink like in to advertised photos.I’ll keep them but they’re not what was expected.

They look sort of cheap during the day, but that may be a good thing.
Each of these caps are actually made up of two pieces; a sort of inner and outer cap. As I was screwing one onto the stem, the outer cap popped off. I was able to snap the caps back together and continue. The caps do indeed glow-in-the-dark. During the day they look very plain; unattractive actually (IMHO). I’m hoping that plainness turns out to be a plus, discouraging theft. Every time I’ve purchased fancy looking tire stem caps, they’ve gone missing. Hence the reason for this purchase. Time will tell how well they hold up with every day use. It will be interesting to see if they stay intact during visits to the car wash.I’m glad they come in packs of 12. It will make replacement quite easy.

Not worth it
Just didn’t work. Left these out in sun, even tried another set with a black light. Waste of $ for me. It takes me a lot to write a one-star, but when the product doesn’t do what it’s supposed to, it leaves little room to be be complimentary. Fortunately, these are not expensive, so it was not a significant loss.
