This is simply the best stuff on the market. I play tennis every day if I can (hard singles) and so I get sore.This rub is terrific - it has only a few minutes of intense scent (and the danger of getting spicy chili on your surroundings or your tender parts) and then it completely absorbs and goes to work not only healing the muscles and ligaments, but protecting them. When a tired or injured muscle has had enough (and it has this rub in its system memory) the muscle will feel a great heat as soon as you push it into the red zone.So it's a great indication of how far to push when you are a bit beat up. I use this on broken bones, pulled muscles, and tired limbs and joints.I'd give it 100 stars if I could.But don't get it in your eyes.
