could't get a good one from walmar or target in the same price range. but this one feels ok, nice packaging made me feel clean, support is great (4th night in). i use a pillow case so I don't know about the cooling function. i would buy one more next month if it continue to work well

This pillow is large and doesn’t fit a queen pillowcase. It is comfortable to sleep on for a stomach and side sleeper. It keeps my head and neck supported and I sleep well. It doesn’t go flat after being used for a while. It is a little heavy but that’s what I was looking for. I returns to its original shape every morning as soon as I get up. It does have a smell when you first open it, it dissipated relatively quickly. I opened it in the morning and by bedtime the smell was not really noticeable but you could probably put it in the dryer with a dryer sheet if it bothered you.

This pillow is perfect for anyone who likes extremely soft, marshmallowy pillows. If you're looking for a lot of support, this one is not for you, since even with the extra shredded foam added it caves in under any weight. If you want it to put between knees or to hug to your chest, though, it's excellent.

I must say after using these I woke up without neck pain for the first time in quite a while so that definitely counts for something. The “ memory foam smell “ was very minor practically not even there. I’ve bought pillows that I had to leave outside my room for a full week without the smell going away so that’s also a plus. Overall, I don’t want to jump to conclusions as I’ve only used them one day but I can confidently say they are very comfortable and I see them lasting.

I like the pillow as it does have a cooler side and one can adjust it. However, it didn't work for me as I am a side sleeper. When I went to bed, the pillow would be fluffed up but the next morning, I'd wake up with a terrible neck ache. This has been going on for a couple weeks. I attempted to add foam and remove foam but couldn't find the right amount so decided to return the pillow. It probably would work well for back sleepers I suspect.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:The pillow is super soft and comfortable, providing excellent support to my neck. The filling inside is good, neither too firm nor too squishy. There is no special odor.

I prefer soft pillow so I took quite a bit memory foam out. I used the extra to make my daughter two toddler pillows. So we got three pillows at the price of 1. Very pleased.
