Because of the direction my doorbell faces I wanted an angle mount to get a better view with my ring pro.This did the job perfectly. It was simple to install, easy to adjust, and looks pretty good. We'll worth the small price.

After installing my Ring Pro I was disappointed to see that 50% of my view was a brick wall. After researching these mounting adapters this unit appeared to be the winner as it had an infinitely adjustable angle so you can "fine tune" instead of relying on specific set angles like some of the other kits. I pulled up a live view and adjusted mine to the exact position I wanted. I've included a before and after picture for reference. This mount is also available in black and white to match your home's trim or to compliment the Ring trim of your choice. I had no problem with the included hardware or directions but like others I'm unsure of the purpose of the two clear plastic pieces that resemble some type of screen protectors that are included in the box. There's also room in the mount if you need to use wire extenders or butt splices / crimps as I did as my original doorbell wires were very tight.

I like this Ring Pro doorbell. Works good and has a good picture. I did buy a product to angle it because the original doorbell was on the side of the entryway. This angel gets 2/3 or more of my front yard. The door and walk are easily seen. It did take it a bit to stay connected to my wi-fi but since then, no issues.You can adjust the area it picks up and the sensitivity. I have it set high and I've even seen rabbits and squirrels. It sends me notices no matter where I am.Thinking about adding spotlights, replacing my current motion spotlights.

Installation was simple. Just put the screws in the old holes in the wall and then screw the doorbell to the wedge. Everything fit well …. until I went to put in the last bolt on the bottom to "freeze" the angle. The top bolt worked great. The hole on the bottom stripped every bolt you try to screw in (tried all 3), so I had to skip it.I love the better view. Product is sturdy and easy to install. Just one little issue with the threading on the bottom bolt so 4 stars.

We ordered the Ring Pro only to get home from vacation and realize our doorbell was in a spot that absolutely wouldn't work for the Ring. Browsing for a quick solution, we found a bunch of similar products, but this one being under $7 decided to give it a go. Overall, we're happy with it and it solved our dilemma.Directions and included screws were all extremely easy to use and understand. It took maybe 2 minutes of additional time to have it installed. It really does everything it's supposed to.Some other reviewers have noted it is a pretty light weight plastic (it is under $10). Once mounted you really never need to touch it again so I can't image this becoming an issue.I think I'm going to try and paint it when the weather gets nicer, and will update with how that goes once completed.

The mounting screws which mount this to the wall interfere with the screws that mount the Ring Pro to the angle mount. I managed to get it to work, but the Ring Pro is not as secure to the angle mount as it would be if it were mounted directly to the wall itself.

Looks like it will do exactly what I need to offset my camera angle.

I have installed two Ring Pro doorbells and used this angle mount for both. In both installations the existing doorbell was facing 90 degrees in the wrong direction, or across the walkway instead of the direction of the street or approaching person. In short, this adapter worked perfectly and fit the Ring Pro exactly. It provided enough of an angle for the Ring to see everything.If you live in a climate with real weather or this item will have exposure directly to rain, you may need to silicone seal the top adjusting slot as it can allow water to get inside.

Very good angle mount for the Ring Pro. I personally like this one over other amount because it gives you the flexibility to adjust the degree of angle adjustment, unlike others with all-or-nothing. So after you install the mount, you can still adjust the angle relatively easily.Installation was very straight-forwards, although the instruction diagram was not as clear. However it's easy to figure out how to install it.I recommend this mount for people to modify their door bell so they can see a wider perspective.

Easy to install, different colours, meet my expectation at a reasonable price.
