Great TP. Strong and soft. No chemicals and sustainable source. Wish it cost a bit less though. It's a household staple forever. You really don't want to repeatedly use bleached, chemically laden paper on your body.

Soft, strong, gentle and safe for septic tanks
I really like this bamboo TP. It's much more gentle on my tender places than the one I was using before (Cotton***e). It's thinner, but stronger and doesn't shred during use. I also have lots of chemical sensitivities and this seems like it doesn't irritate my skin like the other brand did. I also don't need to use as much of it, so it will go further and less will end up in the septic tank.We are on a septic system and when I saw that the sheets floated intact in the toilet tank, even overnight, I reached out to the seller to ask if it had been tested as safe for septic tanks. He wrote back immediately and told me a way I could test the paper I had by putting it in a jar with water and shaking it lightly. It began to separate the sheets within a minute or so and when I reached in to take it out of the jar, it fell apart in my hand, so I am confident that it will decompose properly when it's flushed into the septic tank.I did see some reviews that said it was a problem for their septic tank, and one that said it dissolved as rapidly as the name-brand one did. It's important to regularly put bacteria and enzyme packets into the septic system or anything can clog the tank. (I've been happy with the Green Gobbler product that I buy here on Amazon for that purpose.) I don't see any reason why this TP would clog a tank if it's properly maintained.

Septic Safe and Thicker
One thing to keep in mind when switching to Bamboo Story's toilet paper is that a little goes a long way! The sheets are thicker and more durable, so you'll find yourself needing fewer sheets to get the job done. While using the same amount as before from traditional toilet paper is tempting, trust me, you don't need to! Embrace the thickness and effectiveness of Bamboo Story's TP by using just a few sheets 40% less per wipe. Not only will this ensure a thorough clean, but it'll also prevent potential toilet clogs. It might take a bit of getting used to, but once you find the right balance, you'll be amazed at how long a single roll lasts. As someone who has always been conscious of environmental impact, I decided to give Bamboo Story's unbleached bamboo toilet paper rolls a try, and let me tell you, it's been a pleasant surprise! The first thing I noticed is that these rolls are noticeably thicker compared to traditional toilet paper. It's a refreshing change as the thickness adds to their durability and effectiveness. You genuinely need less per wipe to get the job done, which means the rolls last much longer than expected. This is a significant win for both my wallet and the environment! One crucial aspect is to remember that you don't need to use the same amount as you would with regular toilet paper. With the thickness of Bamboo Story's rolls, it's easy to think you can continue with the same habit. However, using fewer sheets is essential to avoid any potential toilet clogs. Once I got the hang of it, I found that using just a few sheets per wipe is more than enough for a thorough clean.Aside from being thicker and more effective, the fact that these rolls are unbleached and made from sustainable bamboo fibers adds to their appeal. It feels great knowing that my purchase supports a company dedicated to reducing waste and its impact on the environment.Overall, I'm beyond pleased with Bamboo Story's unbleached bamboo toilet paper rolls. The combination of thickness, eco-friendliness, and cost-effectiveness makes them a clear winner for me. I highly recommend these rolls to anyone looking to make a sustainable and responsible choice for their bathroom routine.

My favorite bamboo toilet paper
I love this bamboo toilet paper. Not only does it not contain chemicals, pesticides or bleach but it lasts longer, is soft and is better for the environment and your nether regions. A win-win situation.

Ironic, but a great product.
I really like this toilet paper, but I find it highly ironic that I arrives in a cardboard box wrapped in paper tissue. Regardless, we like that it’s thick enough that you don’t have to use a lot every time you go, you can use very little and it lasted us a very long time. It’s a really good product. And I like not having to use toilet paper that is bleached with a lot of chemicals or is destroying our trees.

Excellent product
I was concerned that this toilet paper would turn out to be much more expensive than conventional grocery store toilet paper -- but as someone else noted, it lasts longer because you use less. I've got it on subscription and I don't need a shipment as frequently as I first thought. It's different than the regular stuff, but one side is fairly soft. It doesn't leave lint. And I do notice a difference when I now have to use regular toilet paper in a public bathroom -- it is more irritating to the skin. (I'm not going to elaborate.) I was a little skeptical that regular white mass produced toilet paper could possibly be harmful. Then I googled "toilet paper and PFAS." Oh yes, it's real. The number of awful things that PFAS, i.e., forever chemicals, have been scientifically linked to (like certain cancers and liver damage) is pretty shocking. Especially when you consider that our skin is our largest organ and absorbs chemicals very well. The more you found out about seemingly harmless everyday products that are *potentially* very harmful, the more it starts to seem like we're inadvertently poisoning ourselves in many different ways. Anyway, enough of the polemic. I like this toilet paper. I've tried another bamboo kind, and wasn't a fan. I recommend this one.
