Ever since I opened the box I have had problems with this camera. Whenever I try and start recording, it works fine but after 1.5-2 minutes the screen goes black, the red light turns solid, and there is no way to make the screen come back on or stop the recording unless I take out the battery and put it back in. Even after that, the video doesn't save and the same thing happens over again. I was planning on using this on a fishing vacation but now I can't.There is no contact information on the box or the paperwork inside the box. I would love to hear from the company.

Camera arrived in good condition and appeared new. Inserted new 32gb card (purchased from Amazon, with camera) and turned camera on. It recorded fine for about 30 seconds, then screen began to show crazy lines. Camera then froze and required battery removal to reset.Tried a few more times with similar result. Formatted card twice with no effect on camera problem. Packed it all back up and requested return label.I was going to use this camera for an upcoming cruise and for motorcycle trips, but it appears to be junk. The Android app worked one time for about 10 second then locked up. Rebooted camera and had to reconnect wifi, but I decided not to try it again. App uninstalled quickly; best part of app. If you buy this camera, don't say I didn't warn you! Pretty sure that 99.99% of the reviews are fake. I knew it was too good to be true.

my son received this for Christmas, the package was securely wrapped and came long before expected. early December 2017it came with a remote and all the parts needed to make this a really versatile camera. please note a micro sd card is needed. we don't know if it works yet because we just ordered a micro sd card for it. keeping our fingers crossed. it is now February 2018. he got the sd card for his 21st birthday. it arrived yesterday. we are excited to see it work

I had to buy this and write an honest review because it looked like all of the other reviews were fake.So far on day 1, the camera seems to work well. Plenty of attachments for just about everything. Connects to app well. Comes with two batteries, which is nice. The only two downsides that I noticed so far:1. 4K is only at 15 FPS. You need to use 1080p or 720p to record 30fps.2. No linear recording mode, so everything shoots in fisheye format (basically like an old GoPro).So far, seems like a pretty good deal for the price. I will update with other findings as we continue to use it.

Can't honestly say for sure yet, as I bought this for a Christmas gift for my husband and we planned on using in April for our vacation, so we have yet to try it underwater. The reviews were great so I was convinced it was a good buy. Now it's getting horrible reviews. The first thing we noticed is it comes with NO CHARGER! Found that to be disturbing. Second thing is it came with NO INSTRUCTIONS whatsoever. Right there it had me worried. Probably going to just send it back and get something better.

This item come without instructions. It is not compatible to the OG. I would have rather spend the extra bucks to buy the GOPRO Hero... I wouldn't recommend...

The camera malfunctioned the minute I put my SDS card in it :( and could not use it on my Galapagos Island trip, which was disappointing.I tried emailing the company (from the contact info on their website), but the email address has been deleted. I wonder if the company went out of business ?

4k yeah right, tried 4k (which is 15fps) and it was worse then 1080p(30fps). Please people don't waist your money. Thought I'd give it a try but I kinda had a feeling it would be junk but tons of reviews saying it was pretty good. NOT!Complete garbage. The best video I could get out of this was by downgrading the video quality to 720p (30fps) but still pretty poor.BE WARNED!
