No, doesn't seem to have with me. Just makes me want to do more, so maybe lose weight from doing more :)

Q: I am marathon training and wondered if this will help me in my long runs?

I use it just as a wake up aid for early gym starts and it definitely does help me push through when i would otherwise be feeling like quitting but for long runs i really don't know/think so. Sorry. Maybe? No come down or judders and most are quite pleasant to drink. My least favourite flavour is watermelon but all of them taste better than other pre workout drinks.

Q: Does this require tolerance breaks?

No I take it every day before my workout or whilst doing my workout. There’s is no come downs from this brand or as iv noticed not any side effects like stomach problems or sore heads like other brands give u

I wouldn’t see why vegans couldn’t use it but it has all the details on back of the tin or online it tells u its ingredients
