Great item no issues here

Product seems like a good design, would have given 4 stars but arrived damaged, so only 1 star.A little disappointing, it had obviously been dropped, the casing hade a crushed corner and other warping in the metal sides.Not down to the supplier of the machine, but seems to happen a lot that pricier items turn up damaged.Seller offered a full refund, (although I asked for a replacement), so item sent back.Will probably get the same machine when the refund is through. hopefully undamaged.

Below is what I wrote in my last review, I have since learned this is totally down to user error and I’ve since fixed the Jack. I had unwound the knob too much and created a leak I knew nothing about and this made the Jack lose pressure and allow too much air. I just had to purge and refill with oil and bam we’re good as new!I’m easily pulling 20-25% on some strains and that’s still around 190degrees.Sick little press for the moneyThis product was amazing for about a month but I started to notice a leak of oil coming from the bottom that got worse and now the pump has lost all pressure and cannot press a thing 😢 that was a big purchase for me so not sure what to do now.
