95% good - let down by not being clear on parts needed…
Ok, but it should be made clearer that a butane/propane regulator and hose (sold seperately) are required for it to work. Easy enough to assemble, but let down by not including all necessary parts to get hooked up to gas.

Brilliant BBQ
Brilliant BBQ. Very easy to put together . Lightweight and sturdy. Would definitely recommend, so pleased we decided on this one.

Great barbecue
Item looks great quite easy to put together, although it doesn’t come with a regulator and hose that is a bit tricky to put on but a bit of soap and water does the trick.Overall brilliant

Excellent customer service
The barbecue is very good but the customer service even better. When put together there was a problem with a screw sheath. After sending pictures the supplier responded really quickly and sent out a whole new section which arrived within a couple of days and sorted the problem.

Falsely advertised
Cooking area not as advertised. The gas bars only supply half of the actual cooking area meaning you have to put your food in one very specific and small spot to cook it.

It takes two (baby)
This is not a review of how this grill works because we haven't used it yet. It looks fine, the weather isn't (winter). No, what I want to do is just give people a heads up - there's a lot of assembly required and it WILL take two people. Obviously, friendless singletons aren't supposed to want a big BBQ!My husband and I did this together and sometimes my help was required just because my fingers are smaller for getting into places to turn the screws/bolts, but at least a few times he had to hold pieces in place with both hands - occasionally applying force - while I did up the fastenings. You also need good light because the whole thing is black. The instructions are the usual pictorial - i.e. unhelpful but cheaper for the manufacturer than hiring translators - type and MOST of it was possible to puzzle out between us. The main hiccup was over the part that actually will (eventually) have gas running through it. It took some time before we realised you have to turn this virtually right round to get the correct part to go through the hole on the side burner extension. This was one of those bits that required someone strong to first turn it, then hold it in place until another person could secure it.As I say, now we have finished assembly (over a few days due to the low winter light) it looks great. We had to leave one bolt/screw out as they had only sent the exact number and one had no thread, but it was for a piece that already had sufficient fastenings and apart from that, the BBQ came with all the correct fixings (and in some cases extra, just not for this one) and everything does fit well, even if it takes more than two hands and occasionally some strength.
