These are so comfy, I have 45 inch hips, 32 inch waist and bought the XL; this was a mistake, I can't keep them up! However, the drawstring is really good and does reduce the size a lot but still too big for me. I have now bought size L, will do another review soon.I think based on the pair I recieved the XL would fit upto a 50 inch hip and a 38 inch waist.

Good quality but much too long in the leg for me. I selected an inside leg of 28” but got 32”I bought the article because it had no metal parts and can be used in MRI scanners etc

I’m really torn with these. Grabbed out of the packaging this morning to wear for work. Fitted lovely, albeit a little long, no problem, roll them up and off I go. Rave to work colleagues about how comfortable they are and for such a good price. 1 hour later, 5 hours into a 13 hour shift, start to notice they’re rubbing a bit on my knees and thighs. Spend next 8 hours walking around the ward looking like John Wayne as my legs are on fire. Now have the most horrific rash on the tops of both my legs and, man is it sore!!Unsure whether a hot wash will soften and sort it or if I have an allergy to something in the material. Either way, I just wanted to make people aware…. Take a spare pair of trousers when you wear these for the first time!

Great fit and good meterial used. Not like some cheep scrubs. These feel like they will last.

Too baggy

From a much larger guy.... generous sizing, good quality nice colour. (Fits with nhs hca uniform guidelines). Bought 2. Will be buying more.

The sizing is smaller than normal. The material is great but the sizing is smaller than standard Canadian sizing

My weight has been yo-yoing over the last year so I ordered three pairs of these pants in size Large. They cover what I need covered, they have a side pocket, and if they get ruined at work I won't feel bad because they weren't expensive. Working at a vet clinic is not, unfortunately, a fashion show, so while these are not extremely cute, they are functional and affordable to replace. I do wish there were more pockets, but, again, for the price, I don't expect much.
