Elliott's Domed Cobweb Broom with Extending Handle (Colours May Vary)

Good built brush.The doomed brush is strong enough to remove the cobwebs but not too hard to damage the plaster; it fits in by screwing, it is easy and you can remove it easily to wash if wanted.The extensible cable is easy to use and fix in new position.I am very pleased with it. It came in light grey cable and brush with the body of the brush in light turquoise. It looks modern, discrete and nice.I received 6 days after placing my order, which was fine for me.Totally collapse with brush fitted is 111cm, and totally extended with brush fitted is 177 cm.

Took me a while to realise its not the bottom handle that turns around the main rod, but the main rod against the brush top. See photos.Works well and brush is robust.

Perfect for my needs. The bristle head is big and wide enough to catch all the cobwebs in corners of walls and ceilings and to shake dust off high lightshades. I ran around my small flat with my new cleaning toy where cobwebs were slowly threatening to descend and strangle me :) There is a sturdy extendable stick and the bristles are easily cleaned and washable. At the top of the handle there's a hole for hanging the cobweb cleaner on a hook or nail.

This has a telescopic handle and is therefore very practical for all homes of varying ceiling heights. I bought this as I had used a similar product. This particular product did not have quite as large a brush head as the one I had tried but it is gentle on coving and still effective. It arrived wrapped in a bag and taped up.I would recommend this product as it is easy to use for anyone of any ability and is lightweight and easy to store away and brush or rinse out once finished.

It is just what I wanted .l would like it to have been slightly longer .this is not a criticism as if it wasn't for the way this house was built,, I'm left with one very high wall above the stairs which it won't reach without extra help .I'm afraid whoever design houses have very little imagination as to what is needed ,and I mean everywhere .

Elliott's Domed Cobweb Broom with Extending Handle This is the best cobweb broom I have ever had. It is sturdily made and doesn't bend or feel like it is going to break or bend when fully extended. The brush head is soft enough not to scrape the ceiling but firm enough to scrape off stuck on cobwebs and there is no hard plastic tip to cause any problem with scraping either.The best way I can describe it, is so say it's like a softer toilet brush in texture.The brush head is the screw on type , so can be removed for easy cleaning.When I bought it, it was dispatched immediately, though it did take about a week to get here, not sure where it was dispatched from.Top buy, very pleased with it.Dimensions are.Collapsed.......:(Approximately: 3ft 7 inches or 110 cm)Fully extended..:(Approximately 5ft 8 inches or 173 cm)

In fact it wasn't labelled "Elliott's" anywhere so maybe I've been sent an inferior item (although why anyone would bother to do that when the "real" item is less than £10 anyway I don't know).The broom arrived with the head badly squashed out of place so definitely not domed. I felt this was a pity as it wouldn't cover the area to be dusted as well as the domed shape would.Thought I would persevere though and use it as it was. However, having dusted the blinds and woodwork of ONE window and fluffed up the head to remove the dust, about 30 fibres came out very easily. Needless to say, it's all packed up awaiting pick up to be returned. At least Amazon are brilliant at making returns so easy.I've had a similar product before. It started life looking as I expected this one to look; after many years of good service it's been relegated to getting rid of cobwebs in the shed and garage. I needed a clean replacement but the new one looks as bad as the old one!!I'm not sure whether my low score should be attributed to the "Elliott's" domed cobweb broom or the seller if they've sent an inferior product.
