This the first thing i put in my pocket when going on site.
This the first thing i put in my pocket when going on site.I have been using this for almost 2 years now. Every time i questioned a measurement and did it manually, 99% of the time it was spot on. Any time is was off it was a error i made not the laser. Most of my measurements were done outdoors.- The camera on this is incredible for when you can't physically see the dot.- The battery lasts a long time but when using the camera it cuts it in about half.- Charging time is ok when plugged to your computer but much better if you use an adapter.- Works better when the sun light is behind you.

If you want accurate get this for the job.
We bought this to verify the property lines where I live. Yes we had a surveyor come out and perform his job but my wife wasn't convinced he did a swell job. We were able to use this device during the day time to measure my 4 acres. I found that the surveyor was a bit off on the lines which we gotten corrected. This unit has a strong laser and works for a novice myself without a lot of reading instructions. It is user friendly and can take the abuse of dropping it while in use. It's a nice little game changer. When it come to your valuable property this cost nothing in comparison.

Perfect- above expectations
I am a Bosch fanatic. All my equipment is Bosch (im Greek not German - but have lots of German friends!) . But when I did research and comparisons, this unit rose above the bosch units. So I went with this one.I really like this unit. I have used it outdoors and indoors. I double checked my measurements for the first month with a tape measure. NOW I dont even second guess.Perfect little unit and really easy to use.

Excellent outdoor long distance rangefinder
The media could not be loaded. This product is uniquely designed to measure long distances (up to 165 feet) outdoorsIt uses a red dot laser which is difficult to see in daylight. But, it has an internal camera which you aim at the object to measure. Once cross hairs appear in the image, like a gun scope, you press a button and get the reading in feet our meters. In broad daylight, I measured a tree trunk’s distance up to 122 feet. I was able to shoot distances around a property quicker than using a wheel. For one measure, there was no barrier so my companion walked to the property line and I measured to his back. It has an app that records the measures, but it needs improvementI highly recommend this product.

Precision Meets Practicality – A Must-Have for Pros
As a contractor, I rely on accurate measurements daily, and this 330Ft laser measure delivers. The pointfinder camera is a game changer for outdoor use—no more guessing in bright light. The P2P tech is incredibly handy for indirect measurements, and the app connectivity makes it easy to document and share data right from the job site. The rechargeable battery lasts a long time, and the build feels rugged enough for real-world work. It’s compact, accurate, and smart—exactly what I need on the job. Highly recommend to fellow pros.

Broken camera and poor battery life
The main issue that I have with this device is that the camera never works when you first turn it on. For me, it takes 5-10 minutes before the device works through some internal bugs and the camera starts to function. It may seem strange, but this is my experience after months of using it. Just today I was frustrated by the camera not working, and I did nothing but set it down for 1 more minute and it immediately started working again. I'm guessing this is an issue in more recent firmware.A less significant but still annoying issue is the battery life. It does function for roughly as long as advertised on a full charge, but if you leave it powered off for a week or two it's probably going to be dead when you try to use it again.

5 stars
This laser measuring tape is amazing. I can use it indoors, outdoors, for smaller projects, for larger projects. For everything. The accompanying app keeps track of everything you're measuring so you can forget the pen & paper. I love that it's rechargeable and the battery charge last a long time. The screen is bright enough to easily see without straining. Overall, this device is very user friendly and easy to use.
