It appears to be a fairly average charger but it works . The one advantage to me is that the cable plugs in at the bottom so does not stick out and this separates it from a number of other similar products

Beginning to melt!
Bought this back in May. It’s used a lot but it isn’t on 24/7 and I’ve only used a genuine apple cable with it. I noticed after unplugging it it was almost untouchable because it was so hot and then I noticed the plug had actually started to melt and had become misshapen. Wouldn’t recommend and would warn anyone who does have one not to leave charger unattended.
