This product is not what I thought I was ordering...but I plan to keep it.
I was looking through various options on Amazon for car seat warmers. I was pretty tired out, saw the picture here, and somehow thought the picture was showing the type of seat warmer I wanted—with a horizontal part for the seat, and a vertical part for the seat back. We’ve gone through a few of these over time; they look pretty ragged and the wiring starts to break. So this item arrived, and turns out to be just a pad that goes under one’s butt. This fits the bucket area on our Honda Civic just fine, and the build quality appears good. Since it doesn’t fold, this avoids a lot of the strain on the cushion, and the edges seem well-sealed. It heats quickly—it feels warm within 5 minutes, and in 10 minutes, needs to be turned from Hi to Lo or even off. The lack of a heated back is not a problem, as the heat on the butt seems to do the job. My best guess is that this is going to last quite a bit longer than the other style we’ve bought before. This was a fortunate mistake on my part.

It doesn’t work any longer than 1 day. I think the seller should replace it.

Well worth the price.
Works great... it takes a little time to warm up but once it does it really warms you up. The only down side is the cord should be like a foot longer.

High heat setting didn't work, only low heat setting did.
Problem with the one I received where only the low heat setting would work and not the high heat setting. Returning the item, may try it again or try a different one.

Did not heat at all.
Came in a timely manner in a shipping box. Inside the VERY cheap seat cushion was in a clear plastic bag. NO label. NO instructions. NO name of manufacturer. True, it's easy to operate - just turn on and off but still odd. I had a bad feeling and since it was a gift I decided to test it before I wrapped it. GLAD I DID! It did not heat up one iota on low or high and yes we sat there for 10 minutes. Yes, I know my plug works. PLUS, it's really not that comfortable. I thought I had found the perfect gift for my Dad as I only wanted the warmer for the buttocks. I will be getting a refund and not asking for a replacement.
