My old one broke after 4 years which is good going as its used a lot every day bought this to replace it and im over the moon with my purchase

Bought as a replacement for my old Dettol one. Really pleased as I can decide how much liquid soap I need.

I spent a long time getting the battery cover off and have given up getting it to click in-place now the batteries are in, yes, properly pressed into place. When looking again to see why I chose to buy two of this item…I see there are 200+ reviews and a high star rating. BUT, there appear to be only 5 reviews from the UK. The top 4 are excellent, one says cheap and nasty..which I agree with. The other reviews are from abroad and do not even seem to be about the same soap dispenser. This dispenser is flimsy, the battery compartment is difficult to open and impossible to close when the batteries are in. The lugs to turn to open and close it are miniscule…and when you are trying to do it, the dispenser tries to dispense soap, so the batteries are already getting used up before the soap has been filled. I bought two because I am preparing for a hand operation and I hoped these would last a couple of months and be easy to use. If I can find the boxes I will be returning them. Two stars was generous as I haven’t managed to use it.

Sorry this item is awful. Ordered and now realise it doesn’t work anywhere near sunlight, and is very temperamental. Feels cheap and certainly is. Certainly wouldn’t recommend it

Would recommend great item, easy to set up & use!

My mother has been asking me to buy her this for a very long time and I just never got around to doing it. However, when she asked for House items for Christmas, I knew that this would be a perfect little side gift to add to her gift pile. it’s easy to refill the soap as well as it dispenses very well and easily one pump and you get a perfect amount of soap on your sponge. It was package nicely came brand new and works well. It also came with a complementary sponge which we decided not to use, but it was perfect for someone who is just starting out or maybe just moving into their place, or for just having a back up in case of anything, the packaging was a box. It was a sleek package. I will definitely be buying for my house!

So easy to fill and use. Perfect size for regular sponge and good soap dispensing. Love

The media could not be loaded.  It's a soap dispenser and sponge drain all at the same spot. It's just awesome. Easy to refill with soap, easy to rinse when your sponge drains fills. Great idea.

While I do like this dispenser because it serves the purpose for why i bought it, the way that it was designed is a bit off. There is about a inch deep reservoir where all the soap and water accumulate, which wastes the soap and if you dont empty and clean it every day or two it gets really gross.

This dispenser was easy to fill and very easy to use. Glad I got it.
