Matched my relative’s original remote exactly and worked with the TV right out of the box. It’s annoying that this remote is needed to get into the TV’s settings. This makes it a pain if the remote is misplaced or lost as universal remotes won’t function the same.

Bought this for my brother in an assisted living facility,his walked off and he can’t use the universal remote so we ordered this and it has worked just like the one he lost. Problem solved 👍

This remote replaced the lost remote. It immediately connected to the TV and had the simple buttons needed to turn on and off, change the channel and control the volume.

I finally had to change the batteries in the original remote, and when I opened it, the batteries had leaked... two minutes searching, and a new remote was on the way at a ridiculously low price. Good product, great service!

We needed a remote for our Vizio television. This one does everything that we need to. It's not a universal remote. It's not terribly fancy. But, it works well and we are pleased.

This was just like the remote that came with our TV. It is simple to use. The only thing I don't like about it is that you cannot change channels very fast, because it doesn't have any number buttons on it.
