Great idea. Works good

I didn’t like that there is no way to tighten the cup to the lid. You just lift the lid and that’s it. Once you bypass this issue, you place the tank on top of the dispenser. Well there is no way to secure the tank either. I thought it would latch and it doesn’t. If it doesn't have water it just keeps falling off. When I pour water to test it, the tank does stay in place due to weight, however it can easily be tilted by a kid. It’s a nice idea but product is a bit flimsy. It would be nice if the lid could be tighten to the tank and the tank would latch to the rest of the device to make it more secure.

this item is great in theory and it worked well the first week or so; now every time I put water in, it leaks. Very disappointing because for the week or two that it did work, it was a game changer. Now it’s just become a hassle. very disappointing

Not real happy with this product the bottle fits very loosely in to the bottomWater reservoir and can fall over easily . Would not buy again.
