Bought this almost exactly one year ago. I wanted a pretty pink cozy throw so I treated myself.It was incredibly stiff, so it got put back into its packaging and pretty much sat on a shelf until a week or so ago. I pulled it out again and I thought maybe washing it will soften it up.I washed it with all our other throws on delicate and on delicate dry. It definitely softened it up so I was thrilled and ready to throw it on the sofa for when it was chilly.I happened to have it out last night and this morning the fleece side was up. At the bottom I found gaping holes at the seams in the fleece backing. They definitely weren’t there pre-wash because I inspected it looking for the wash instruction tag.Incredibly annoyed, honestly. I can stitch it back together, but that isn’t the point. If it wasn’t going to stand up to a wash or dry, I wouldn’t have done it.Two stars because it’s pretty.

Blanket is very soft and perfect for snuggling.
