I resisted buying self stick paper for a long time because I thought it would be flat and glossy like a roll of contact paper. It has a self stick backing like contact paper but the printed side is nicely textured like any other wallpaper. I love the design of the Flower/Strawberry/Bird paper. It looks stunning in the dining room of my historic cottage. I am not the greatest paper hanger, but this was easy to match and cut around obstacles with just a razor blade and a pair of scissors. The pattern of this paper hides sins - I have a couple of mismatches but anyone would be hard pressed to find them. This paper was so easy to use! The last time I papered the room it took me almost two days. This peel and stick paper was such a breeze that I had the room done in little more than 3 hours. I will never use old style paper again. The trick is not to pull the backing off all at once. Peel it off just a few inches at a time and smooth it out as you move down the wall, peeling and smoothing a little at a time. Using this method I had no problem with bubbles. I did not hang this over a painted wall but hung it right over old vinyl wallcovering without stripping the old paper first. It went over the old paper and stuck beautifully but was also forgiving when I needed to peel it back and make adjustments. LOVE this product!

You get what you pay for in this case but I’m more than happy with the results. It is thinner, and there’s not much room for forgiveness when it comes the seams but if you’ve installed enough contact paper in your life it is easy to install. Follow a few tips like using a plastic card or squeegee to smooth as you go and slowly peel the backing bit by bit as you get it aligned, and you’ll do fine. Don’t forget to clean the surface to prevent the paper from peeling off.All that said I should have ordered more rolls at once. There is a noticeable inconsistency between the first roll I ordered and extra rolls I ordered, about a week apart. The color on the new roll is darker and some of the illustrated lines are bolder. I’m hoping the next two I order will be closer to the original roll. I can’t take off many points because I should have ordered multiple at the same time to prevent this from happening. A mistake I won’t make again!

This is high quality peel/stick wallpaper that is easy to cut and use.

I have wallpapered many things in my day, from walls to furniture to stair risers and have worked with a variety of wallpapers, including cheap ones off of Amazon that still get the job done. I have always made it work, but this one was a huge disappointment. The paper was thin, tore easily multiple times, wrinkled immediately, stretched when you pulled it back... Not only was the paper itself cheap and thin, but the backing did not peel easily. It quickly turned into a tinfoil type situation with parts of the backing attached, and part coming down, like when your tinfoil unravels unevenly and you have a lump of unfurled tinfoil on one end and scraps of it on the other. And there was no way to detach the rest of the backing without the wallpaper tearing. Very sad. Fortunately, it was not expensive- but I really loved the colors and design so I am disappointed. I suppose if you're just using it to decorate the inside of a cabinet- but even then, it's not worth the hassle and not durable enough to handle any wear.

The pattern and colors are beautiful but the actual adhesive and quality of this paper is disappointing. We've had it on our wall for less than a week and already it's pulling away from the wall in places. To say I'm disappointed would be an understatement.

I wanted to add some interest by creating an accent wall. My wall was not square and it’s miraculous that it looks so great. You cannot see the seams at all! The wallpaper allowed me to pull it off and fix my mistakes when necessary. Sometimes I got it stuck to itself and even then it didn’t tear when I pulled it apart, pretty hard too! I hung wallpaper in the 80s so have lots of experience but I also prayed that God help me. He did! As the only downside, I sometimes wasted up to 12 inches or so because of having to match the pattern. And I lack about 3” on the right end of the wall. This was with the largest roll. It takes a lot of paper to match this beautiful pattern - but in my opinion it’s worth it.

I challenged myself to freshen up the guest bath for $100 or less using only paint, textiles, and wallpaper. This paper looks pretty and was great to work with – thick, easy to cut, and not too prone to wrinkling. Also, the pattern hit the lottery on coordinating an eclectic group of colors and textures into something a little more cohesive. Happy with the results!
