I generally always read reviews, but I thought to myself it’s a brush what could go wrong. Well the bristles on this brush sheds more than my German Shepherd. Upon first use I noticed all the bristles coming off the brush and took my hand to try and brush off what I thought was just a few loose bristles and unfortunately the bristles just keep shedding.

I didnt know the brush was this soft but its ok for people that doesn't like the rough brush

My dogs love it and that is all that matters to me. The harder side is not as hard as I thought it would be so I can use that also.

Great companies are the ones who actually read their customers' reviews and go to the effort to make things right when something doesn't go as well as hoped.Because this seller stands by their products and reputation, I have changed my review to reflect the great customer support they have given to me. Will now check out their other brushes to hopefully purchase one of them.As at least one other reviewer stated: Bristles Come Out. The handle is fine, the bristles themselves are also fine and the lighter colored bristles were great for my hair. However, both the lighter and darker colored bristles on each side are shedding every time I tried to use it = they are not glued down properly. :(Having them fall out into my hair, into the sink, onto the floor, etc. is not acceptable. So I threw it in the trash. A Complete Waste Of Money. Looking for another brush now = Don't buy it! :(
