These are a staple in our house. My wife swears by these and finds these help her maintain regularity. No side effects such as gas or cramping. No unpleasant taste and they work reasonably quickly. Cost is negligible for the value in them. The size of each capsule makes them easy to swallow and there is no aftertaste.

When the easy to find 100mg. Is just too much, these are perfect. I just wish I could find them locally. Clear, clean capsule that is a bit smaller than the red and white @00 mg. version. I wish that getting less didn’t cost more and be more difficult to locate!

I wanted these to avoid the red in the original colace but these don’t seem to work as well. Maybe it’s because I usually get the Walmart brand and not the real brand. But I will go back to the red and white ones.
