Perfect gift for those with anxiety and also those such as need encouragement

This was a great gift for a friend!!

We purchased these for a friend recovering from breast cancer surgery and she loves them. Positive messages were just what the doctor ordered!

I would suggest this as a gift for anyone that may themselves struggle with anxiety and stress, or for a good friend you may have who fights the same fight. Sometimes, a small little something is all that's needed to help someone stay grounded and pull themselves out of an anxious spiral, and these messages each convey that kernel of care some people need to see to find themselves coming out of that stress-induced storm of a day.

I was looking for a unique gift and came across this positive message bottle. The idea is very nice, and a person would continue to use it for a month, but I was a bit surprised at the size and weight. It is very small, like an OTC medicine bottle. That doesn't have to be a bad thing. I mean, it still has the 50 messages, but I would think it would look better if it were a bit bigger, especially when you're gifting it to someone. It is nice to wake up and be excited about the new message of the day. Due to its size and weight, I felt that it was not enough to be gifted alone, and I included a key chain with it in the bag.

This bottle is small and filled with colorful messages rolled up in clear plastic capsules. The capsules are easy to open and not slippery, so I rarely drop them when pulling out a message. Every time I open one, the message seems to match how I’m feeling at that moment, which is incredible! It feels like the universe is speaking to me through these thoughtful and encouraging notes. I don’t use it every day, but on tough days, it gives me the perfect boost. I absolutely love everything about it!

Nifty concept - rather than taking a feel good pill, open one of these up for a boost of positivity. Made to look like a pill bottle, but instead of pills, you get a positive message in each capsule. If you keep the gel capsules you can put the message back in the pill so they are reusable.
