2024 Wireless Charger for Magsafe, AC Island 5-in-1 Portable Charging Station

Bought this in May for our trip and it never worked on the trip in July. Since I bought it early before our trip we could not take it back. Very disappointed and not able to contact seller as number not available.Update: customer service was very responsive and after I wrote this the reached out to me asking for address to send a new one. Works great and my husband is even using it daily and not just for travel as setup is compact and works well on a small nightstandUpdate on the updateHere I am on a trip and no way to charge my phone watch and iPad. I took the replacement charger (that I tried and it worked when I first got it) I put it away for trips as I have another for when Iam home. The replacement charger in its pretty little case did not work and now I have to find a charger for three items. Very very upset to say the least. DO NOT BUY

I really wanted to like this charger. It had all the features that I had searched for, so I was very excited to use it. I had planned to be able to take it on the frequent trips we take for sports. Charging multiple devices simultaneously with the ability to add additional cables for other types of devices all in a foldable compact charger looked like a perfect solution for our needs. When it arrived I was pleasantly surprised at the weight and materials the charger was made of as well as the nice carrying case it comes with to transport it and the cables on trips. All seemed of very high quality. I tested the charger and it worked for my iphone, but was extremely slow to charge my iphone 16 pro max. I was still going to tolerate it, however, because I had such difficulty finding any other charger that would do these same things all at once. After less than a week, however, the charger suddenly stopped charging my phone. I tried different cords, the light would continuously light to say power was being received, yet it would not charge any devices. I spoke with Amazon, and decided to accept a replacement product because I liked the features so much. Upon receiving the second identical charger, it again worked for approximately 1 week, and again suddenly stopped charging a phone. This was so disappointing because there is no apparent reason for the sudden failure. We tested it with multiple phones with the same result. This second charger failing was extremely inconvenient as we had taken it on a cruise with us, and it left us with having to scramble to find ways to charge our devices. Sadly, I cannot recommend this charger to anyone. The price is higher than necessary, and the sudden failure of two identical devices leads me to believe it is a product issue, not simply a lemon that we had received the first time.

With all things considered this product would have received 1 star. My first unit showed up and worked for one day. The watch charger stopped working. Being within the return policy I gave a second one a shot. I used the charger for about 3 - 4 months and loved the product.For my work travel schedule and set up at home this was exactly what I wanted so I wanted this to work.In December while on a business trip the entire charger stopped charging. The block and the cord (usb-c) would charge my iPhone so I knew it was the unit. Just flat out stopped working again. Very frustrated I reached out to the company. Which looking back was easy to find and easy to contact which is another plus. Received a response from the team within hours asking for verification of purchase and the issue. Explained what happened and was told it could have something to do with static electricity. Either way they replaced the charger and received 3 days later.The design of the charger is perfect, when working it charges perfectly, but two lemons in 4 months worried me. For the best customer service I’ve seen within Amazon and a great design I give 4 stars. Can’t give 5 for a product that left me stranded in a work trip with no charger.
