This little machine does such a great job in my lower level. Once a week I empty the tank. Very effective and easy to use

So after letting this run for 24 hours it pulls a measly 4 ounces (!) of water out of the air. Barely works at all. No wonder the bucket to collect water is so small. The technology doesn't seem to work in this very compact product. By comparison I bought a GE dehumidifier and that one fills up (136 ounces) in 24 hours placed in the same location. Save your money, get something else.

Bought this slightly larger dehumidifier for a problem room. The heat and humidity are off the charts in Florida! Description and manual both refer to programmed for 45% optimal humidity. We cannot figure out how to program this unit to reduce the humidity below 55%. Very confusing, but the unit is working and pulling out water. Very quiet in running mode. We don’t even use sleep mode.

Works efficiently and quietly. Has a great feature that when a certain level of humidity is reached, the machine stops pulling humidity out of the air.

Our basement bedroom is an average size, but this didn't remove the humidity.

The media could not be loaded. I really like the great features this little dehumidifier has: it shuts off automatically if the water tank is full, the water tank is easily removed for emptying, I can set it for the humidity level I want, the unit is easy to operate, it has alternating colored lights, and the unit is really quiet. (Listen to my video.) It has other features too, but those are my favorite. I am using this dehumidifier in my 'gym' area of our basement – which measures about 200 square feet. Right now is a drier time of year – but the unit was still able to withdraw water from the air. When I plugged in the unit the humidity in the room was 49%, but within two hours it had lowered the humidity in that area to 46%. This unit will be so helpful once we reach the humid hot summer weather.

Bought 2. Both stopped working after a few months. I need help finding any troubleshooting info specific to this model. It does not appear to have a cleanable filter. DO NOT BUY

I have this dehumidifier in my bedroom to keep the moisture from my bathroom from raising the humidity in my bedroom. It works well for this purpose. I have a hard time sleeping in high humidity and it keeps the humidity at a comfortable level. It runs very quiet so it doesn't keep me awake, in fact it actually has a low level white noise effect blocking other outside noises.I really like the small compact size of this unit. The water tank is small but I have the unit close to the bathroom so it is very convenient to empty. The controls took me a bit to figure out but once I figured it out it is pretty easy to use. I expect I will really appreciate it when summer comes and the humidity levels are naturally higher.
