It doesn’t work! And when you switch it on it heats up bright red and trips the electricity!!! Have not even been able to use it once!! Was so excited to receive it and followed instructions to use it, then put my pies in it to start using but within 2 minutes it was way too hot and burning red!!! Quite dangerous!!Cannot send it back because no one available to help and the window for returns is 6 days passed!!😡

I purchased this last year used twice…it burned the tables it was sitting on…this week Iooked to see what I could do to avoid this. I found that it didn’t have a crumb tray consequently the burning elements were expose directly on the table. No instruction manual was in the box. Someone in the reviews indicated there was a water box to maintain moisture, I couldn’t find it😳. The item looks impressive but to many issues using it.

Poorly made. Corners have cracked/chipped glass.

We really like this hot display case. Temperature is easy to set, heats up quickly, maintains temperature, and water pan/ bowl keeps moisture in the inside air to prevent drying out of products. Doors easily remove (by lifting up and then out), it's easy to clean, and it looks great. Very happy with this so far
