I was unsure when I bought this tape, but it does work and is helping with my torn knee cartilage

This stuff is miraculous - I still don't quite understand the science behind it. It must be black magic as it seems to alleviate just about all muscular niggles if applied correctly. Whenever I have any muscular issues I google taping techniques according to my symptoms and crack on, it's so easy to apply and works wonders on this ailing body.

It's as good as any of the other kinesiology tapes- they all have similar tensions and strength, and this one isn't the most expensive. Pink goes down well with the user of this product, and the adhesive is long lasting under normal usage. Be aware, It won't last in a shower.If you like colours, and you want a strapping tape that genuinely improvex muscle strains, this really works. We have used it for an upper thigh strain, and for a much longer-term injury - plantar fasciitis. for the latter, it transformed the recovery rate as nothing has worked before. if the tape is applied in the recommended way (look it up on youtube), this really stops the pain of the chronic foot condition, and helps to stabilise the muscle.We recommend.

This tape is really good. Ordered other tapes for a choice of colours/prices, but this tape is so much better than the others. Sweat-proof, yes, even in this very warm weather. Painless to remove, albeit on a shaved (male) arm, compared to the other tapes. Not over-hyped by manufacturer as it does perform as they state. ....IMHO anyway.

I have been taping my knee for years and I've worked my way through quite a few brands, some good and some not, some cheap and some more expensive.I tried this based on the reviews and the price was OK. Roll turned up on time with a taping guide (which I really don't need, but might be useful for some). However, the quality is no good for me. The tape is thin and more stretchy than other brands I use. The adhesion is not good enough, so that it quickly start to roll up or peel away. The edges also fray easily (not the where it has been cut by me).All in all, a disappointing product.

This tape is a disappointment compared with ones I've used before. From the start, the weave looks and feels very thin and flimsy. It has no stretch, which is needed for creating more tension on certain places when applied. Although it stays on pretty goid (a few days) it does start peeling and strings start pulling out around the edges, as a result of the thin and flimsy weave.I think worse of all is when it's pulled off it leaves a residue of glue and fluff on your skin.I've used different types of tape and although it can peel and lose it's tidy look over the course of a few days this was by far messier and less effective. Would not be buying it again.

Excellent product. I have tried other tapes, namely KT Tape and this easily out performs it.It sticks really well, I have shaved my leg were I applied it, so I guess that helps. It sticks even when rubbed against, in the gym, on a bike, in the pool and in the shower/bath. So thats the positive - so in the interests of balance there is a small caveat; this being that once in place, if you decide its in the wrong place, not working or take it off to see if it is working then you will be shouting various 'words' that might require some privacy.
