Make sure you select the correct font when ordering. The Franklin Gothic font looks much different than the font example shown on their drop down font menu selection. Customer service was very responsive and accommodating when I had issues with how my item turned out. I had chosen the Franklin Gothic font because I liked how it looked on the menu. This font looks much different than I expected. Plus the print color was brown. I wanted the font to look just like the bracelet shown on their page. They worked with me and even offered to ship me a new bracelet if I would just pay for shipping. I opted for a full refund which they immediately honored. Very impressive customer service. Highly commendable company values.

Great product. My husband wears this bracelet 24/7, and that is saying something. He recently got a pacemaker and was instructed to wear some sort of medical alert item at all times. The printing is professional looking and easy to read. The fit is perfect because of the adjustable elastic band; it can be made as loose or as tight as you like. It is so comfortable that he sometimes forgets that he is wearing it. It appears to be extremely durable and will last for a long time. It gives me and the children peace of mind when he is out alone knowing that he is wearing the bracelet if emergency care is required.

Got this for my grandpa who has a medical condition. Makes us feel more at ease if he is out and about by himself and has an issue, knowing he will be taken care of by first responders. The quality of the product is very nice and has held up very well in his daily tasks.

Absolutely fantastic. Now if I have a medical issue when I'm not around family that knows what to do, paramedics can instantly see I have epilepsy among other things, my name DOB address, medications and ICE contacts.

This is a simple elastic band with metal embossed wording… classy. Just it comes from China (not mentioned) so if this is an emergency know it will take weeks to get.. not a day.

The personalization is perfect, and very legible. I like that you are able to have both the front and back engraved. It looks terrific, and is very, very adjustable. My husband has pretty large wrists, while I have very small ones for an adult. It would have gone even larger than his wrist, and even smaller than mine. It was a terrific buy for the money.

This is my second medical bracelet. And it'll probably end up being my only. This one works so much better than the other one that I lost. It's not uncomfortable, loose fitting out easily scratched like the last one. Words are big and easy to read. And the elastic wristband makes it very comfortable & durable

Highly recommend! I like that it's adjustable and stays in place and it's comfortable to wear. It was shipped quickly. I also like the style. I've always hated wearing medical bracelets as I don't like how they look and they move around on my arm.
