I've not bought a projector since I got a £600 HP about 5 years ago. I'm not exaggerating when I say this little thing blows that 'professional' one completely out of the water.It's bright. On short throw it's super bright and can be used on a sunny day in a room with the curtains open. Further back it's still bright and clear but needs a darker room.The range of this thing is really impressive. It's crisp, with slight edge blur at around 30cm from a surface but going back 3 or 4m gives you a huge cinema style screen with no edge blur.The included remote works well, it connected to my phone and WiFi network without any issues, it has built in android apps so basically works like an android TV. No need to cast from another device but if you do want to, it's really quick and easy to do.The device itself is small but not cheaply made. It feels like it'll last a while and will take a few knocks. Which is good as my main reason for getting it is to use when camping to do some gaming, it's got zero lag on YouTube and Mario kart was the first thing I tested on it.Something that really shocked me and I wasn't expecting, was that it has a built in speaker. I assumed that it would need to be plugged in or bluetoothed to a speaker setup but it's got a reasonable built in speaker. I think I'll still use a Bluetooth one for music or gaming but for watching YouTube it's perfectly good sound quality.The only negative thing I have to say is that there is no included lens cap. Some kind of cover over the front to protect it when not in use would have been great but I'll probably find a DIY solution.Think I'll be buying more of these as gifts for family. Currently fighting my teen over who gets to keep this in their room!

I was a little sceptical purchasing this projector since it is very compact but it was delivered promptly and safely and the description was very accurate. The projector is easy to set up and very versatile. It's not the brightest but is certainly bright enough. The picture quality is good and the projection is adjustable enough to get what I was after.I'm currently using as a Zwift display, ceiling mounted and projected to a picture around 2m wide. Does the job very well for me.

Excellent product and picture quality is incredibly good! Size is perfect fir a small shelf. Remote control was replaced after I requested a new one within days. Very simple to use and even when it's not totally dark in the room the picture is still great

I picked up this compact device hoping to enjoy movies in smaller spaces without hauling a massive setup, and it delivered. Despite the small size, the brightness was impressive enough that images showed detail in semi-lit rooms. Connecting it wirelessly to my phone was a breeze, allowing me to stream from apps I already use.Auto focus and keystone adjustments were reliable, so I spent minimal time tweaking angles. The built-in system kept everything in one place, meaning fewer wires or attachments. I could tuck it on a small shelf, project onto a blank wall, and get started. Videos looked sharp enough that subtitles were easy to read at an average distance, and the colours were pleasingly vibrant.Sound quality from the built-in speaker was decent for personal viewing, though I sometimes hooked up a small speaker for more robust audio. For a truly immersive feel, that extra step helped, but it wasn’t strictly necessary. Overall, it’s a handy little gadget for casual film nights or even quick presentations.

An entry level projector for less than £50.00. A remarkable achievement by the manufacturers considering that until recently most projectors cost many hundreds or even thousands of pounds. So for the very modest price I consider this product to be a very worthwhile purchase, but needless to say there are some performance limitations, mainly in picture quality and in daylight use. Also because it is a very light weight device, stable positioning is difficult as the cable connections tend to allow the projector to move. I think fitting a fairly heavy metal projector stand is essential.Update: Don't expect much support from XGODY customer services. When I asked a simple question about fixing a projector support stand. my question was unanswered and I was referred to Amazon Customer Support.

Took me around 5 minutes to get this fully assembled and connect to my ps5 and I'm a teen girl so pretty easy. Sound quality on its own is great and the video quality is outstanding once you have adjusted the focus. Auto focuses on your walls or ceiling aswell which is handy but won't work with a lot of light in your room. Very compact, portable and light for easy moving around. Delivery was a day early aswell which is amazing☺️

Was a little skeptical given the price ! but really happy with product. Easy to set up and great quality on picture and sound. Can download apps easy too. We use it in our chill out lounge, and gives out cinema vibes!

Ok so this is a pretty cool little gadget. If you’re expecting it to look like it does in the pics…. You’re in for disappointment. If you want a super cheap bit of fun to brighten up a dark evening, this will tick a lot of boxes. The sound quality is terrible, so make sure to link to an external speaker. Super easy to use and set up. Not a lot of choice with app availability. Make sure you are in a very dark room to make the most of this. Forget trying to use it in a room that has any hint of daylight.
