Good find
I have "Haglund's" (small bony lump on the back of the heel) and can actually rub little holes into the lining of the back of my shoes (as painful for me as it is for the shoe). These stickers reduce the friction and stop the blisters. Adhesion is pretty good but they can be rubbed off, you need to be careful not to detach them when putting your shoes on. The main problem is that they're horribly expensive. But they do work for me.

No blisters
Put these in 48 hours before I wore the shoes .One of them began to peel up after first wear , so I pressed it back down onto the sole , the show was brand new and clean .Then put my foot in and wore for a few hours , the patch remained stuck down .I completed an ultra marathon afterwards and the patch is still in place 314 miles later , highly recommended , no signs of any blisters .

These don’t stick - what rubbish!
I thought these might help prevent blisters. In fact they didn’t stick and folded over causing a horrid sticky mess in my boots. And they are so expensive for what is a piece of sticky back plastic that’s not sticky enough! Worse than useless.

Not the best for me
I bought these after a recommendation, but not hugely impressed.Perhaps it was just me but they seem a little raised inside the shoe and that concerns me as far as potential blisters are concerned for running. They were a pain to fit and I just didn’t think they were hugely successful for me.I know others swear by them and they are clearly made with premium materials.

Great for ultra marathons
I used these where the toes touch the insole. They have stopped me developing blisters on the middle two toes when going for extra long runs/walks. [Blisters develop where the skin moves relative to the next layers. These slippery patches mean the toes move as one and so don’t blister. They can be used in other ares that you know you get blisters. They stick well and have lasted over more than one event.

Stopped the pinch blisters!
Having just spent out a fortune on new running shoes I was really disappointed to find that after a few runs I started suffering from pinch blisters on my heels where the insole caught my heel on impact. My initial thought was to try new insoles but apart from the blisters on my heels, they were super comfy so wanted an alternative.I found these sticky inserts which effectively smooth over the inside fabric/insole and prevent any pinching and create a smooth surface. These 100% solved my problem and now my heels are pain and blister free!My only comment is that one pad stuck really well, but one has already started to come adrift. I feel i put it too low down so my foot rubs/pulls the edge down on movement where as the other one is higher and the edge doesn't catch. I got 4 in the pack so i have 2 spare so shouldn't be an issue. The main thing is my shoes now feel like slippers!

Brilliant!
Fantastic! Solved my edge blister issues that I’d been having for years of running. On the side panel of my trainer one of the patches is peeling off after not many uses but I just stick it back down prior to a run and it works fine. They are pricey but they have allowed me to continue running pain free which to me is worth it!

Helped during Manchester Marathon
I have these fitted in my Nike Alphafly3, and have always suffered with the high arch on all the Alphafly models. I purchased these after a 20 mile training run caused me blisters, which put the use of the Alphafly3 for the marathon in doubt.Since fitting these, I’ve had zero issues with blisters now. Fitting is excellent, and they stick very well and haven’t moved at all inside the shoe.
