I know this product doesn't prevent anything but the fact that I've managed to get just a tiny bit more peaceful sleep knowing that the sensor is on is worth every penny. I like that the sensitivity can be adjusted which has allowed us to use it in the co sleeping crib. I also love that this doesn't need wifi unlike other monitors so it's always good to go.

Purchased this for piece of mind alarm goes of for no apparent reason even after battery replacement in pad. Making nervous parents panic even more so.Not sure what other alternatives they are but this one ain't a viable option

Product works nicely easy to Intall. Picks up movement from the wind but won't pick up people walking to the front door. Should come with a solar and not an optional extra.
