Giving it 4 stars because it didn't come with the strain of bacteria I needed. I mistakenly ordered the product so no fault of the company but mine. I did not bother opening it when i received it and read the strains on the carton. Amazon was nice to give me a full refund and told me to keep it. I gave it to my room mate and I hope she enjoys it.

My product came open so I had to throw it out. I did find some in the store and they are wonderful. I think my stomach issues are a thing of the past.

I use this for helping my digestion issues. It works well for me.

This product has eliminated hassle with my incontinence problems, they are at least manageable now. The pharmacy had the one that needed to be refrigerated which I would miss occasionally. This one does not need to be refrigerated so I can include it in my pill box thus always remembering to take it daily.
