Smart Switch, Smart WiFi Light Switch Google Assistant IFTTT Compatible, Single-Pole Only, Netural Wire Required

Easy to install switch, all the wire nuts, screws and screwless faceplate are included in the box. Easy to pair with the Tuya app on the phone and setup schedules, timers, etc.If you are having problems pairing the switch it is probably due to your phone being attached to the 5ghz side of your WiFi in your home. During the pairing process hit the top right button that says AP mode. The screen will tell you make sure the light is slow blinking. If it isn't , hold down the button for 5 seconds or so on the switch. This will make a little WiFi access point from the switch. You will connect to the WiFi access point (accept any messages that warn you about no internet on this wifi), flip back to the Tuya app and it will configure immediately. It's a pretty simple process and much easier than digging around in your router settings to turn off 5ghz for a few minutes. Once it pairs up your phone will switch back to your regular WiFi and allow you to name the switch, etc in the app.

The initial set-up was easy. Install the switch, download the "Smart Life" app onto your phone, set up your account, then search for the new device and link it to your Smart Life account.. That part worked well and I was able to turn the switch on and off remotely from my phone. Linking with Alexa was a different story. There are no directions included. But here's how I finally got it working.On your Alexa app, go to the menu bar on the upper left hand corner and click "Skills." Once there, search for "Smart Life." Click on "Smart Life" and log into your Smart Life account that you established on the Smart Life app. Then click "enable skill." After enabling the skill, search for new devices and your wall switch should show up. I have it labeled as "wall fountain" so I can say "Alexa, turn on (or off) wall fountain" and it worked.Hope that helps if you're finding it tough to get working on Alexa.So far, it seems to work well. My switch is on the side of the house, outside, in a weather-proof box. But even at that distance from inside the home and the router, it works fine.

Installed the lightswitch after receiving it. The switch itself works fairly well. There are some minor kinks with repeatedly turning the light on and off manually.Tried to pair the switch using the "Easy Mode" with the app on my phone but it never worked. I had to switch to the "AP Mode" for pairing and that worked twice, although it took numerous attempts. Each time it finally paired, the app would work for about 30 seconds and then it would automatically disconnect the switch from the app and require me to pair it all over again. Got fed up with it eventually. It requires a specific wifi network configuration in order for it to work. I had to go into my wifi settings and manually set up the network to accommodate it's older requirements. All in all, it's simply not worth the time and money.We received a nice letter from the seller asking us to contact them first before leaving any reviews if we had an issue. Made me wonder if they were seeing these problems for a while. I sent them an email but of course, we never heard back from them. Very disappointed all around.

I used other (well known) brand switches before, but this is a more than adequate - and cost efficient - alternative. Fast reacting and easy to setup via the Smart Life App. The glowing green night light is a nice add-on.Installation is easy (keep in mind you need a Neutral power (white) line).

This is great and easy to install. I like the fact that it has a green indicator so you know where it is in a dark room. It's red when the lights are on.I've been using it for a few months and it's been reliable with Amazon Echo Dot.I do recommend getting  Amprobe PY-1A Voltage Tester  so that you know which wire is "live" (usually black, that has the voltage) and the 'load' (red, and goes to the light fixture). Then you have the 'white' wire for neutral and 'green' wire for ground.The software is easy to use as well and integrates to the Alexa app.

Very easy to install and works well. I tried more well known brand but did not work like this one.

I love the fact that it has a glowing bar on it so you can see the switch on the wall when the room is dark. I love the fact that I can see if it is on or off on my iPhone app. I love the fact that I can turn it on or off from my iPhone from anywhere. I'm still not sure how to connect it to Alexa so I can say Alexa turn on (or off) the bedroom light and make it happen.
