I purchased this MP3 player and it came with a tiny card with instructions that DID NOT GO WITH THIS DEVICE. However, I'm usually pretty good with electronic devices, so I gave it a try to figure it out anyway, but never could get it to work. There's probably a key combination or something I'm missing - and of course the instructions were no help at all.Who is giving all those good reviews? Several people mentioned they didn't get a manual and the controls are NOT clear enough to use without the "secret" if there is one.

Arrived apparently intact, and in record time for our substandard mail service here. Looked just like I expected it to. Instruction slip was for a different player. Didn't turn on or mount properly in Windows (though Windows did at least see it). Not bothering to try and return it, because getting the Kanguru I know will work is so much easier. Shame about the $20 though.You get what you pay for, folks.

I bought this to drown out the sound of my lawn mower when I'm mowing.Pros:It's plenty loud.Lightweight.Decently legible display.AAA battery is so convenient.Price.4GB is plenty of room--about 1000 songs by my estimate.Cons:FM radio only found2 stations (my other radios find 10+). 1 station is crystal clear (but I don't care for it). The station I do like is so staticy that it is unbearable.The user manual does not match this model so use trial and error to figure it out.No belt clip.

It is the the right size to take to the gym with me, and if I could get it to work, it would be great. I am not saying it does not work, but it came without instructions, and I cannot figure out how to make it work. I will probably give it to some kid who will have it working instantly -- they are like that with technology. At this price, it is a good deal if you can figure it out.

Instructions included were NOT for this product. What was there was not helpful. Did not match product. Maybe more savvy users won't mind, but I want actual instructions to read. Need reading glasses AND magnifying glasses to read the NO-Contrast buttons. Silver on Silver is not very eye friendly, esp when so small. Just making the markings black on white would have helped some - but still don't know all the features or how to fully use this, without correct instructions.

I ordered two of them and I cannot get either to work. One's buttons aren't correctly made (volume controlled by both bottom buttons), the screen reads crookedly on one of them, there are no instructions, and my songs won't download onto it from the computer (they appear on the computer screen for the device, but don't show up on the mp3). worthless.jThey came with a free backstreet boys' song pre-loaded and if I have to hear it again while trying to trouble shoot, I will pull my hair out. I can't figure out how to get that song off of the device either.....I usually find electronic devices easy to use/I don't have great difficulty with devices. This one has me stumped.

Bricked this while trying to load on songs. Even though there is ample memory, accessing only seems to work on a limited number, the interface is horrible. The positive that keeps it from being a 1 star is the tiny size and almost zero weight.

Good for the price, after 6 months of daily use while running its starting to short out where you plug in the headset jack. But technically still works. My 6 yr old daughter loves it.
