A dream for sensitive acne prone skin
Beautiful toner. A dream for sensitive, acne prone skin. It’s very soothing, didn’t cause a reaction or stinging or new breakouts. Very hydrating, I love it specially applied in layers. I do think heveblue can be a bit expensive compared to other products that are similar. Another toners in these category are 300ml at the same price. Love the transparency on how much we are getting of the ingredients.Amazing for irritated skin.

Calming toner
This brand is all the hype in Korea right now and for all the right reasons. The toner is light, absorbs quickly, moisturizing and calming. I think the PDRN does do something as the skin feels much more calmer and less red after about a month of using it.

Has a replacement seal on the box. Original seal was cut open then a new sticker added on all HB items I purchased. Is this normal and related to imports?

When you see salmon and toner together...
I would be picturing and smelling some type of oily substance with fishy odor being splashed on to my face. Far from it. No smell. It wasn't oily. It felt like water. Korean skin and beauty care is known throughout the world. You'll likely be paying a high price for it considering the ingredients and how it's being tested. I didn't get any irritation while applying and post application
