My husband loves his birthday gift! I just tried it myself and with the seat right back, stool up and massager on it's like a dream. Very comfortable, lights and massager works great and good quality. We are very happy!

This chair has to be the worst quality I have ever seen, the arm's are cheap plastic and bend very easily , the armrests are so flimsy and feel like they are coming away from the arm itself, the quality of the pu leather is so bad you can see the vibration motors coming the cheap leather , there is very little padding in the seat cushion and is so uncomfortable, the foot rest is another issue it is very cheap quality which I would want to put too much weight on, as the metal tubes that hold the foot rest look like the going to bend and possibly snap in half , the lighting seems to work OK but the cabling is pretty short meaning you can't move the chair much without pulling the cables out of plug, The castors are so bad the chair dosent move on a thicker carpet, as for the head rest and back support they are squashed so badly due to lack of filling that they don't even do the job they are meant to do, Overall I have had this chair less than a week and it's no longer fit for the purpose, and the returns procedure is just as bad and takes over a week or longer to get a refund, I would never buy from this company again because the quality of the chair is so cheap I have such a painful back from sitting on this chair.

At first everything was good with the chair all he parts came in, easy to assemble and very comfortable. While using it I had some trouble with the left armrest not functioning properly. I contracted the customer service and send some videos about it and they gladly offered me some small refund or a new part. I chose the new part, they didn't charge me nothing and within 2 days it arrived. It was close to a 5 stars but had to contract customer service. Overall product is a 5 stars.

Easy to assemble and brilliant value for money!!!

I got this on the first of January it seemed fine when assembling it both arms weren't level and it came with a missing screw for the footrest also the instructions wasn't clear to understand

Very comfortable chair

Unfortunately my experience was not good. After only 4 months of very little use this chair has become very saggy, the arms have broken and come away. When we first had it the chair didn't actually sit straight correctly but my son overlooked it as it was a birthday gift. But as the quality has greatly deteriorated in under 4 months I have requested a return. The seller was incredibly hard work, time consuming wanting endless videos , photos and rules to.sendng it back in the same packaging etc. I reached out to Amazon who kindly sorted the issue and have refunded me under the A- Z GUARANTEE. Thank goodness, the seller has since replied to say I am not able to have a refund as it has been used 😃. How delightful and incorrect. I have rights and thank goodness for Amazon making this process easier. I have since replaced with an X Rocker and the quality difference immediately is unbelievable. Stay clear...looks nice in the first instance if you are lucky enough to have one that sits straight, but will not withstand little use and my son is only 10 and if a very slightly built.

A very good gaming chair. It's supportive and comfortableand I appreciate the range of adjustments.
