Best office pen ever
I use to order these and other supplies for our office from a big office supply store not any more. Amazon prices are way less for the same product! These pens by uniball have been used in our office for years. They write so good! The ink dries quickly and doesn’t smear. The size of the pen makes it easy to use no matter what size hand you have . Best office pen hands down pretty, functional, and way to keep up with. I have started buying all our office supplies from Amazon for same products and less money

Love these pens
These are my go-to pens! thirty years ago, I took a two day written bar examination with them! And to this day I still prefer these pens over any others! the ink flows smoothly, dries quickly, and lasts a long time. The design and grip of the pen are sleek and work for my needs. While there are no grip enhancements, the thinness of the pen keeps my hand from cramping, which is much better that the thicker pens with grips attached! Highly recommended!

My Favorite Pens
These pens are my favorite because the ink and rollerball glide VERY easily when I write--especially when I take shorthand and want nothing to slow me down! You DO have to watch when you put the cap back on that you don't stab yourself--the fine rollerball is quite pointy. The ink will smear if you try to write on shiny paper, or cardstock, so in those instances, use a regular ballpoint pen (a biro).

A writer's dream come true
I'd seen so many pictures of people's handwriting with these bad boys in addition to endless raving reviews before finally deciding to purchase them. Before these uni-balls, I was ignorant. I thought all pens were the same. I had no idea why some single ones were $20 alone, but instead understood that the Bic pens with a grip were very nice. I thought I'd have to deal with ink on the side of my hand for the rest of my life... And then these puppies arrived on my porch. Honestly, I was sorely disappointed when I first used these. I wrote with one for about an hour on the night they were delivered and just couldn't get the hang of it. My handwriting was absolutely atrocious and I couldn't control the pen flow properly. Every little bit of pressure I used was reflected on the page in beautiful, permanent black ink. This was the finest tip pen I'd ever used, so it took me about four days for my hand to adapt. My handwriting has transformed for the better since then. These are perfect because they last for ice ages at a time and dry very quickly. The only downside is that there's no real grip - when I'm going ham on notes in class, my finger will ache after I've used the pen for about five hours. It's not unbearable, but still can be a struggle on those busy days when I'm doing loads of work in class as well as projects and making study guides.

I have used these pens for years
About 18 years ago I was teaching kids outdoors. On the rare occasions that a student misbehaved I would write his or her name down to talk with me after class. One particularly wet winter my list got wet and the writing dissolved. Later, I could not get the trouble-makers to own up, so I decided that week to find a pen with water-proof ink. The Uniball Deluxe worked so well that it became the only pen I ever bought anymore. Unfortunately, as new pens have become available, these have become harder and harder to find in office supply stores, so I was very happy to find them readily available on Amazon. I think people who do a lot of writing tend to have favorite pens because they like the way they feel, or the way they write--maybe it has something to do with the creative process. These work really well for me, so I buy them by the case. Over the years I've had a couple that leaked or didn't write as smoothly, so I think quality control is a small issue. Also, writing over white-out tends to deteriorate the tip and can ruin the pen if you do it a lot. This review is probably a bit OCD for most people, but if you are a writer or artist then you probably understand.

Uni Ball is the only pen for me.
I always used Uni Ball pens in my professional work. I was schooled in drafting and mechanical drawing long before computers so penmanship was a must. I am retired now and was so happy to see Uni Ball pens were just a click away on Amazon.
